Before you start

Wear form-fitting clothing (no loose garments).
Stand in an A-pose: feet shoulder-width, arms 30–45° from your body.
Stand 2–3.5 m from the camera, full body in frame with margin.
Even lighting, plain background, no strong backlight.
Exhale and hold your breath for the front photo.
